29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working from an aerial lift were climbing on the edge of the basket: a. 987 U.S. 1, Edison, NJ - Supercharged Entertainment The employer did not ensure that employees did not climb the basket rails of an aerial lift. Employees engaged in the installation of metal siding used a JLG, Model 460SJ aerial lift, during the installation of the eaves trim and stood on the basket rails as a means of increasing their working height. Violation observed on or about April 4, 2022
