29 CFR 1910.102(a): The employer did not ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders complied with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2009 ("Acetylene"), which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: a) Outside of Maintenance Department: On or about March 31, 2022, an acetylene tank was observed freestanding, without properly being secured, exposing employees to a stuck-by hazard.
