29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) Lifepath Thrift Stores LLC located at 241 Pauline Drive, York PA, 17402: On or about March 26, 2022 an employee was riding backwards on a walker, when the walker tipped causing the employees to fall to the ground striking their head on the concrete sidewalk resulting in the hospitalization of the employee. The employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on 3/31/2022, not with the required 24 hours. No abatement certification or documentation required.
