29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer does not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) The employer does not maintain programs which require for the frequent and regular inspections of the job site, material, and equipment by a competent person. The violation was most recently observed at 1307 Mount De Chantal Rd, Wheeling, WV, on or about March 29, 2022, where the employer did not conduct inspections of the worksite or equipment for employees performing roofing work on a steep roof, exposing the employee to fall and struck-by hazards.
