29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer did not certify that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date: (a) Birdsboro Kosher Farms Corporation, 1100 Lincoln Road, Birdsboro, Pennsylvania - The employer did not certify that each authorized employee received initial training on the energy control procedures, on or about March 29, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
