29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v) : A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Building #2 southwest entrance; On or about March 25, 2022, employee(s) utilized a Genie aerial lift without wearing fall protection to access a building roof top. This exposed the employees to a fall greater than six (6) feet to the concrete ground below.
