29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). On or about March 22, 2022, and at times prior thereto, four employees installed shingles on residential homes under construction without frequent and periodic inspections by a person competent in recognizing fall hazards, exposing the employees to construction hazards such as but not limited to; fall hazards up to approximately 15 feet high.
