29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): Industrial truck(s) in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks. a) Building Four, South Wall: On or about March 15, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crush by and struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure employees did not work under a load supported by the "JLG" model 10054 SkyTrak Telehandler (Serial Number 0160093383) while removing and installing exterior metal stair structures. b) Building Four, South Wall: On or about March 15, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to crush by and struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not ensure only stable or safely arranged loads were moved while using the "JLG" model 10054 SkyTrak Telehandler (Serial Number 0160093383) to relocate removed sections of exterior metal stair structures.
