29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) On or about 3/23/2022, and at times prior to, 1800 Honda Dr., Lincoln, AL - Line 1 Beta Foam deck, employees changing the curative low pressure filter for the Beta Foam Machine were exposed to burn hazards when working without chemical resistant gloves. (b) On or about 3/23/2022, and at times prior to, 1800 Honda Dr., Lincoln, AL - 1st floor Beta Foam pump room, employees storing unlabeled and uncovered hazardous chemicals such as BETAFOAM? 89120, were exposed to burn hazards and not provided chemical resistant gloves.
