29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: On or about March 14, 2022, an employee suffered a work related injury and was admitted to the hospital and the employer reported the hospitalization to OSHA on March 17, 2022. THE CARLE FOUNDATION HOSPITAL WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1435120, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 4, 2019, WITH REPSECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 611 W PARK STREET, URBANA, ILLINOIS 61801.
