29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment is used, sufficient safe clearances were not provided in aisle ways. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear with no obstructions across or in aisles creating a hazard: (a) GENERAL PARTS DITRIBUTION LLC dba Advance Auto Parts, at 10325 E. 49th Avenue, Denver, CO 80238: On and before March 16, 2022, the employer did not ensure that aisles and passageways were kept clear with no obstructions across or in the aisles creating a hazard, in that pallets of product were stored in aisleways where employees were required to operate Crown WP 3000 Series pallet jacks and Crown RC 5500 fork lifts. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
