29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1):Audiometric testing program was not established or maintained for all employees whose noise exposure equaled or exceeded an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 dBA: site: CNC machine operation, west of the production floor. On or about March 15, 2022, where employees were exposed to noise level of 87.4 dBA, on an 8 hour Time weighted Average, (TWA), on daily basis, while operating CNC machine, the employer did not implement audiometric testing program.
