OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized explosion and fire hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: a) On or about March 2, 2022, at a worksite located at 3495 Shaddock Creek, Frisco, TX; where employees were exposed to fire hazards when filling gasoline in the water pump while the engine was ON.
