Inc. Dba Modular Engineering on or about March 09, 2022 at the address of 1802 Cranberry Street, Erie, PA: Employees were exposed to point of operation hazards on the Baileigh Press Brake. Point of operation guarding was not utilized on the machine when an employee suffered a multiple finger tip amputation associated with the point of operation.
