29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided. At 6432 Prescott, Saint Louis, Mo 63147; On or about March 9, 2022 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards from excessive fiber materials on the floor in the production area.
