29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press. a) Fulton Industries Inc. located at 135 E. Linfoot Street, Wauseon : On or about March 21, 2022, the employer did not ensure employees and temporary workers were protected from entering the point of operation while operating machine #252, Havir Manufacturing Co. 1 1/2 ton full revolution mechanical punch press. An employee received amputation injuries to the first and second fingers of the left hand while operating machine #252.
