29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards and general slip or trip hazards. Westside of the Warehouse, Emergency Exit Door: On and/or before March 3, 2022 the employer did not ensure the emergency exit doorway was free of tripping hazards in which data cables were run across the floor. This condition exposed employee(s) to tripping hazards in the event of an emergency.
