29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) The employer failed to report an in-patient hospitalization to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration within the 24-hour reporting period. An employee was hospitalized on February 24, 2022 following being struck by a valve blown off a gas line from a an ice plug release.
