29 CFR 1904.40(a):The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours. At 13505 W. 57th st. Shawnee, KS. 66203 on or about February 28, 2022 the employer failed to provide copies of the injury and illness records to an authorized representative. An employer may use the business hours of the establishment at which the records are located when calculating the deadline.
