29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by caught-in or caught-between: (a) On or about February 2, 2022 and times prior; on the exit side of the Signode Vertical Power Strap Feeder, serial number G41072: An employee was exposed to hazards associated with being caught-between a metal door closing and the top of a package being stenciled due to the employee positioning their left hand between the top of the package and raised metal door as the package was being banded and moved forward by the operator.
