OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment, or a place of employment, which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that there was no program in place to ensure employees were effectively trained on the safe operation and use of utility vehicles: a) STEAKHOUSE: On or about February 25, 2022 and at times prior to, employees who operated the electric three-wheeled-cargo vehicles were not trained on the safe operation of the equipment, exposing employees to serious injuries from struck-by hazards and falls.
