29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7): Care was not exercised in placing, lashing, or holding a ladder with slip-resistant feet that was used on a slippery surface: Jobsite - On or about February 24, 2022, a Werner 8-foot stepladder was placed on a wet and slippery concrete floor and not secured to prevent displacement. An employee using the ladder was seriously injured when the ladder displaced and caused the employee to fall approximately 8 feet to the basement floor.
