29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Exit 60 Off Ramp/Bridge, Opelika AL; On or about February 15, 2022: the employer exposed his employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work 15 feet above the ground from an articulated boom lift without fall protection (safety harness and lanyard).
