29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2)(ii): The employer did not assure that each employee, as necessary, had been trained by a competent person in the correct procedures for erecting, maintaining, disassembling and inspecting the fall protection systems to be used: On or about January 8, 2022, at a jobsite located at 12320 Calm Pointe Court, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953. Employees were exposed to a 25-foot fall hazard to ground level while flying trusses and nailing plywood on a low slope roof without being trained in the correct use of personal fall arrest systems.
