29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4):The driver shall be required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and other locations where vision is obstructed. If the load being carried obstructs forward view, the driver shall be required to travel with the load trailing. a. On or about September 17, 2022, an employee was operating a Linde H50/600D forklift, Serial Number: H2X394Y02458/2021 while carrying a stack of insulation that obstructed their view. The following condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
