29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Stock Room: On or about 2/22/2022, portable fire extinguishers were not located so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1452332, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-17-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1407 N.
