29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about February 2, 2022 the employer failed to ensure that effective machine guarding was in place on the Invicta Delta table saw. The circular handfed ripsaw was not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut. The saw was equipped with a weighted guard and vacuum assembly. The assembly was not in place during use or automatically adjusting.
