29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about February 17, 2022, the employer did not ensure a periodic inspection of the energy control procedures on machinery and equipment including, but not limited to: The Posts, FFG, Glue Machine, Hand work area, Hooper, McKinley, and the Pop-up machine, was conducted at least annually to correct any deviations or inadequacies and to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of the standard were being followed.
