29 CFR 1910.269(g)(2)(iv)(B): The employer did not ensure that personal fall arrest systems were used in accordance with subpart I of this part: a) 232 Church St., Catawissa, PA: An employee performing utility line clearance tree trimming was exposed to a fall hazard from an approximate thirteen (13) foot height due to the personal fall arrest system anchorage not being capable of supporting at least 5000 pounds for each employee attached or that maintained a safety factor of at least two, on or about February 15, 2022. Abatement Certification Required.
