29 CFR 1915.88(e)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each handwashing facility that uses soap and water, be supplied with clean, single-use hand towels stored in a sanitary container and a sanitary means for disposing of them, clean individual sections of continuous cloth toweling, or a hand-drying air blower: On or about February 15, 2022, on the Ex-Nassau, the employer did not adequately provide soap at handwashing stations.
