29 CFR 1915.74(a)(7):The employer permitted employees to board or leave a vessel by using the foot of the gangway that was more than 12 inches from the edge of the apron and the walkway between them was not equipped with railings, or railings were not a minimum of 33 inches with mid-rails on both sides: On or about February 15, 2022, at the Vessel-Nassau, employer failed to provide an adequate walkway for employees accessing and egressing a vessel, exposing employees to tripping, pinch-point and amputation hazards.
