29 CFR 1926.300(b)(4)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefore, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, was not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle. On or about February 1, 2022 at this work place, an employee conducted circular saw lumber cutting operations to build forms for on site cement work, and the point of operations was not guarded to protect any part of the body from entering the danger zone.
