29 CFR 1910.305(b)(3)(ii): Boxes were not closed by suitable covers securely fastened in place. On or about February 09, 2022, on the first floor of building K-2, the electrical panel covers labeled "A" & "B" were not securely fastened in place. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
