29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about February 10, 2022, at the apartment building yard, the employer did not ensure the employees were in use of protective helmets where there was a possible danger of head injury from falling materials or tools. This exposed the employees to a struck-by hazard.
