29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) This most recently occurred on and preceding February 10, 2022, at 2052 Lockbourne Road, Columbus, OH 43207. The employer did not ensure that the flexible cords used to power a fan, various communications and security equipment were connected in a way that tension would not be transmitted to joints of the cords.
