29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Shipping & Receiving: On or about 2/1/2022, piles of broken wood pallets were stacked approximately 6 -10 feet high so that they were not stable and secure against sliding or collapse. McIntoch Box and Pallet Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1387618, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/1/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Hubbard St, Buffalo, NY.
