29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) 887 Pearsons Corner Road Hartley, DE 19953: On or about February 2, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing work on a new construction property while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 15 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection. Elmer Yoder Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1220967, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at the address Across 7666 Mustang Run, Sugar Maple Farms, Milford, DE 19963.
