29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings. At Pratt (Jet Corr), Inc; on or about February 2, 2022, employees operating and working around the Erhardt Leimer Corrugated GmbH (Skiver) Paper Roll Splicing Machine, S/N S906261, were exposed to a fall hazard when the riser heights on the portable steps in conjunction with the Skiver platform, was not uniform.
