The attachment point of the body harness shall be located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. a) 79 East York Street, Biglerville Pennsylvania - The Roof - On or about February 2, 2022, The attachment point of the body harness of the personal fall arrest system (worn by one of the involved employees) was not located in the center of the employee?s back. Trinity Solar was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1402691, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/06/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1554 Robeson St. Fall River, MA 02721.
