Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) 35502 Betsy Ross Blvd, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971; On or about February 2, 2022, the employer failed to adequately provide point of operation protection such as but not limited to sustained-manual pressure controls, movable guards with interlocks, a control that provides an interrupted cycle, or a hopper that raises any pinch point during the packing cycle by at least 5 feet to employees riding on the rear step position(s) during collection activities.
