29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck(s): (a) Warehouse Aisle 60 - On or about January 25, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that only loads within the rated capacity of the powered industrial truck were handled. A forklift operator was traveling with two (2) units of moulding material which exceeded the rated capacity of the Hyster model # E80XN, serial #A099V02077V causing the forklift to tip over.
