OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees, in that employees were exposed to: amputation hazard and inadequate machine operation training. a. Automatic Fillet Line - On or about January 19, 2022, a floorman was instructed to relieve an automatic fillet machine operator while the operator was on a break. The floorman was not trained to operate the automatic fillet machine.
