29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer failed to report an in-patient hospitalization to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours after the hospitalization of an employee as a result of a work-related incident. On or about January 26, 2022, The National Door and Trim facility located at 1189 Grill Road in Van Wert, Ohio did not report an employee in-patient hospitalization within 24 hours after first learning that the employee was hospitalized as a result of a work-related incident. Instead the employer reported the hospitalization approximately three weeks after first learning about the in-patient hospitalization.
