29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: a) Caliber Holdings, LLC located at 2001 Byberry Road Philadelphia PA: On or about January 20, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees did not have facial hair interfering with the seal of respirators. Employees were required to use half face respirators, including 3M 7193 with organic vapor cartridges, while performing painting activities.
