29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 01/11/2022 in the press department; where an employee was troubleshooting the mechanical power press described as PR 13, the point of operation "fingerguard" was adjusted such that the employee could reach into the point of operation. When employee's hand was in point of operation, the employee stepped on foot pedal and cycled the press. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
