29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact were at least 10 feet apart: On or about 01/17/2022, at 2623 Aurelia Place, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard while trimming palm fronds that were within 10 feet of a 7.62-kV overhead power lines.
