29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii):The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: Dollar General Store #8121 in Fredonia, KS, back stock room: On or about, January 11, 2022, the area located directly in front and to both sides of the electrical panels were used to store store merchandise, equipment and cardboard boxes. Dollar General was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1483184, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/16/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11 River Rd #35, North Arlington, NJ 07031.
