On or about January 10, 2022, at the site location of 27631 Simmons Rd Perrysburg, OH: The employer did not ensure that employees utilized eye protection when using pneumatic nail guns during the performance of framing activities. Employees using the nail guns in this condition were exposed to eye injuries.
