29 CFR 1926.100(a): At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing head protection: a- #2 Roxbury Road, Mahwah NJ 07430: CSHO observed an employee engaged in sheathing activities carrying a sheet of plywood atop his head exposed to overhead impact hazards as head protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 08/01/2022
