29 CFR 1926.451(e)(4)(viii): A landing platform at least 18 inches (45.7 cm) wide by at least 18 inches (45.7 cm) long was not provided at each level. On or about January 7, 2022, On the east side of the site employees were installing shutter/blinds using a multi-use Werner ladder as a scaffold with a landing platform less than eighteen inches wide.
